The KIDS will follow the Advancement Scheme set forth by the Boy Scouts of the  Philippines. Enrichment to the Scheme is listed below.

I. Program:
          a. Self-paced.
          b. Pamphlets will be utilized to lessen trainee and trainor contact.
          c. Competency Based.
          d. No training Fee.

II. Promotion:
     A. The Promotion Scheme will be the same for Boy Scout and Senior Scout except for the following:
          1. Boy Scouts shall accomplish only the Membership Rank Requirement before the investiture.
          2. Senior Scouts shall accomplish the Membership Rank and Tenderfoot Rank before the investiture.
          3. A Boy Scout upon reaching the age of 13 1/2 or First Year High School will be invested for the Senior Scout and the rank equivalent will be awarded.
     B. The Highest rank a Boy Scout may achieve is First Class.
     C. Second Class and First Class Rank taken during Boy Scout will be converted to Explorer and Pathfinder respectively.
     D. Rope Work, Pioneering, Cooking, Personal Health, Pathfinding and Signaling are additional required Merit Badge aside from the six (6) Specialist Merit Badge required under Venturer and Eagle Scout Requirements. 
     E. Rope Work is a prerequisite of Pioneering Merit Badge.
     F. Pioneering, Cooking and Personal Health Merit Badge is a prerequisite of Camping Merit Badge.
     G. First Aid, Pathfinding and Signaling Merit Badge is a prerequisite of Emergency Preparedness Merit Badge.
